My Review:
5 out of 5 stars

This was an absolutely amazing read! This is my first book by this author and I am so glad I read this book. I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this book since I’ve never really read any survivor type stories, but wow! I was not at all disappointed.

I’m not really sure how I feel about the main character Emily. While you are reading her story, you feel really sorry for her and some of the other survivors. But things happen and people start dying. This book really makes you stop and think about what you would do and what you would be capable of if it meant that you would survive. You don’t really know until you are put in that kind of situation.

There were several times throughout the book where a twist would occur and it would leave my mouth hanging open in shock. That’s how you know you are reading a great book – when it is able to pull that kind of reaction out of you. The ending of his book literally brought chills over my whole body. I couldn’t believe it! That was the last thing I expected.

I don’t want to say anything else so I don’t give away the plot. Just know that this is a book that you definitely need to read! You’re in for one heck of a ride if you do.
